Adult Practice Manager
At the heart of every great practice is someone who works behind the scenes to manage every aspect of its operation. At Lindner Dental, that person is Ellen Harrington. While her official title is Practice Coordinator, she wears many hats, including organizer, educator, listener, mentor and leader. She has been at the helm of the practice’s administration since 1987, responsible for project management, leadership development, strategic planning and dental health education.
Ellen knows the practice inside and out, making her an invaluable member of the Lindner Dental family. While she effortlessly keeps everything running smoothly, she’s also drawing from her clinical background in dentistry and business management training to help patients with any questions or concerns they may have during the course of treatment.
A fan of walking outdoors, spending time at the NH and Maine coasts, yoga, and reading, Ellen enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Ellen is a member of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene National Honor Society, the American Association of Dental Office Managers and a member of the Advisory Board for health, science and technology for the Manchester School of Technology. She received an associate degree in dental hygiene from Bristol Community College and a bachelor’s degree in small business management from Southern NH University.
Janet Bernier is our Benefits and Billing Department Manager. She began her dental career in 1997 and found her home with Lindner Dental Associates in 2009. She is proud to be associated with a practice that is continually recognized by the community as one of the top dental offices in New Hampshire. With a work history including front desk, billing, human resources and management of a large multi-specialty practice, she has brought an experienced perspective to our Billing Department. Together with her team, she strives to make the billing, insurance and financing aspects of your dental care a little easier.
Heather Downey is responsible for the accounting operations at Lindner Dental Associates. When she is not creating spreadsheets for budgets and forecasts, she is traveling with her extended family enjoying a myriad of outdoor adventures.
In 2021, Stephanie Deveau Mullen joined the Lindner Dental Family as our Human Resources Generalist. Her background spans several facets of management, allowing her to offer a unique blend of knowledge and experience to support our growing practice. She enjoys developing, as well as continually improving, strategies for talent acquisition, training and development and performance management. Stephanie loves being a part of the Lindner Dental culture and witnessing the genuine kindness of our staff members every day.
When not at work, Stephanie tries to maximize her time spent with family and friends. Stephanie is an avid yoga practitioner and an Ayurveda enthusiast. She loves traveling with her family and going on “culinary adventures” with her husband. Stephanie has also enjoyed being a part-time academic tutor and mentor to students of all ages.
Stephanie attended Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Laurie Wallace, Lindner Dental Associates Marketing Coordinator, brings a creative and friendly energy into the practice. When she’s not out in the community coordinating events, she’s on the back end planning in-house celebrations and fielding all things social media. She graduated from Syracuse University with an advertising degree and has worked at several agencies in Boston, New York and Denver. Finding her home with Lindner Dental in 2018, she has been able to combine her creative advertising and marketing knowledge with her love of event planning.
When Laurie isn’t developing new marketing campaigns or re-decorating the office, you can find her running outdoors, hiking in the White Mountains, or spending time on the Cape with her dog and close-knit family.
Lindner Dental Associates Pediatric Department Manager, Stacy Chandonnet not only makes an art out of multitasking, but she makes it fun. She views every day as a new adventure and spends time listening to and talking with each patient and their family, sharing stories and fostering relationships. While she’s creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, she’s effortlessly managing the day-to-day pediatric schedule and overseeing a department of over a dozen employees. She also acts as a liaison between the parents of our patients and the doctors treating their children.
Stacy and her husband love to travel and can often be found on a cruise ship when vacationing. She also enjoys her summers camping, walking her dog, Bailey, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
Renee is our Orthodontic Department Manager as well as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She has been a part of the Lindner Dental family for almost 25 years. Renee attributes her longevity here at LDA to a great group of coworkers and amazing patients. She has always said, “getting to know our patients and watching their confidence grow as their smiles are transformed is very rewarding.” Renee’s favorite thing is laughing with patients and making them feel comfortable and at ease. When Renee is not in the clinic, where she spends most of her day, she is behind the scenes creating schedules, training new team members and collaborating with other department managers to ensure a positive patient experience.
In her free time, Renee is usually on the college sidelines cheering on her two daughters playing soccer and rugby. She can also be found exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two golden retrievers.
Our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Alyssa Ientile, has been practicing at Lindner Dental for almost 20 years! Alyssa loves working to help our patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. She enjoys building positive, lasting relationships with our patients and their families. Along with her amazing team, Alyssa works to ensure our patients have a rewarding, and comfortable orthodontic experience each time they visit the office.
In her free time she enjoys shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
Stacey Prest, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, works closely with Alyssa, bringing 22 years of combined orthodontic assisting and treatment coordinator experience to Lindner Dental. She takes the time to get to know each patient so she can understand their orthodontic needs and help customize treatment options to fit their lifestyle.
In her free time, Stacey enjoys taking long walks, spending time with her son, watching movies, attending concerts and kayaking.
As the Adult Treatment Coordinator, Lauren Anderson answers questions regarding treatment plans, guides patients on how to make the most of their insurance benefits, and ensures that each patient has a pleasant experience at Lindner Dental. She started working in administrative healthcare in 2016, but in 2021 the dental field was where she found her passion.
In her free time Lauren enjoys going to see live music with her partner, watching movies, and baking.
Asheley, the Adult Practice Manager, came to Lindner Dental after working in Oral Surgery for 10 years. The knowledge she gained through her background in Oral Surgery has been a fantastic tool to help transition into the world of adult and cosmetic dentistry. Asheley works as a liaison between the doctor and patient and enjoys helping to educate patients so they can better understand their treatment plans.
When not at work, Asheley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Joining Lindner Dental Associates in 2017, Felicia Jastrzebski, our Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator, enthusiastically, brings over 20 years of dental experience to the talented group of doctors, hygienists, assistants and office support. With strong organizational skills, passion and integrity, Felicia strives to increase your knowledge about dental insurance so you may make more informed decisions about your treatment, in-turn making your experience more enjoyable and carefree.
Having spent much of her career as a Certified Dental Assistant, working with patients has brought a level of compassion to her work as an insurance coordinator. Helping families with their insurance questions, ensuring they get the most of their insurance benefits is what Felicia thrives on.
Felicia’s love of teaching and yoga brings her to the yoga studio outside the office. Spending time in the great outdoors alongside family and friends adds a joyous quality to Felicia’s life. When time allows, creativity steers some of Felicia’s passions in the form of cooking, gardening and painting.
As our Oral Surgery Manager, Dawn’s goal is to make sure that you receive exceptional care and attention from our dedicated oral surgery team. She enjoys cultivating relationships with patients and parents and works to ensure a positive experience in our office. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a certified Life & Health Coach. Dawn’s career in dentistry has spanned 30 years as a Certified Dental Assistant, an Office Manager, and an Instructor.
Dawn is a devoted mom to her two young adult sons and rescue dog Sadie. In her free time, you’ll find her at the lake boating with family and friends, biking, hiking, traveling and running. Dawn loves a challenge and has accomplished 7 half marathons to date with more to come!
