Dental Hygienist / Full-Time Position

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our well-established practice. Our modern, state-of-the-art office is located in Bedford, NH right off the highway, close to many dining and shopping destinations. Our employees enjoy a number of benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, in-house dental perk, dependent care, and 401k.

Ideal candidate will be passionate and engaging while educating patients on preventive dental measures. The Dental Hygienist should also be reassuring and comforting during diagnostic and treatment situations. Because our Practice has a variety of specialties, it is integral that the Dental Hygienist maintains effective communication with staff in all departments. Other desired qualities include ability to remain flexible during times of change, willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes, and commitment to continue building a culture of trust and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess oral health condition including oral exam
  • Expose radiographs as needed
  • Review patients’ medical history and records
  • Dental charting and documentation
  • Intraoral camera use
  • Instruct and educate patients in good oral hygiene habits, dental procedures, and options for care
  • Clean, scale, and polish teeth
  • Perform post-operative patient care
  • Apply fluoride desensitizer and/or varnish
  • Clean and stock operatories
  • Control supplies and order as needed
  • Anticipate doctor’s needs and assist with patient exam

Schedule

This is a full-time, 4 day per week position. Candidate must be available to work 1 Saturday per month.

Qualifications

RDH License in New Hampshire Required

 

Pediatric Dental Hygienist / Full-Time Position

Candidate should present themselves with professionalism and be confident in speaking with parents and guardians of pediatric patients. Because our Practice has a variety of specialties, it is important for the Pediatric Dental Hygienist to communicate effectively with staff in all departments. General Dentist / Full-Time Position

Well-established Southern NH group practice seeking a motivated and caring General Dentist to join our professional family for a 4-day per week position with excellent long-term potential. Our one-location, multi-specialty practice seeks a colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with us. Experience after residency preferred.

Orthodontic Assistant / Full-Time Position

As our practice continues to grow in all of its specialties, we are currently seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Located right off the highway in Bedford, NH, our office is a spacious, state-of-the-art facility close to many amenities. Ideal candidate will be motivated, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Looking for and individual who communicated effectively and works well in a team environment. Orthodontic procedural responsibilities include (but are not limited to): banding, bonding, impressions, and wire changing. Additionally, ideal candidate will be confident in providing instructions to patients, agile in a fast-paced environment, and committed to patients’ comfort and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform various orthodontic procedures under direction of orthodontist including banding and bonding procedures
  • Conduct band fittings
  • Place and remove separators
  • Change arch wires or ties
  • Deliver retainers and other removable appliances
  • Chart and record treatment information in chart
  • Proactively clean and stock operatories

Schedule

This is a full-time, 4 day per week position. Candidate must be available to work 1 Saturday per month.

Qualifications

Dental and/or Ortho background, as well as X-ray certification is preferred but not required.

 

Patient Care Coordinator / Full-Time Position

Our Orthodontic department currently seeks a friendly, engaging Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities of this position include reception duties such as answering phones and greeting Orthodontic patients and/or parents, as well as data entry, record management, and schedule coordination. Our Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinators work closely with our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators and often collaborate with other departments, such as Billing.

In addition to administrative experience, it is preferred that the candidate have prior background in Orthodontic reception. Our administrative team provides extensive training to ensure new team members are knowledgeable and confident in their daily activities.

Job Responsibilities

General Reception

  • Retrieves messages from answering service and voicemail
  • Ensures the reception area is presentable and comfortable for patients, doors are unlocked; Assists in proper closing procedures at end of day
  • Answers telephones in a timely manner and triages calls

Scheduling

  • Schedules and confirms patient appointments using practice policies and scripts
  • Manages daily schedule to maximize productivity
  • Maintains cancellation list and conducts follow up calls to broken appointments

Systems & Equipment

  • Assists in office organization and basic clerical duties using office equipment (fax, photocopy)
  • Utilizes Dentrix software to maintain updated information (patient chart management, records)
  • Enters data and document carefully and consistently into software system to avoid errors

Financials

  • Handles patient finance at time of service using practice procedures and scripts
  • Prepares collection sheet for each day
  • Communicates with Orthodontic Department Manager and Billing Department regarding financials

Schedule

This is a full-time, M-F position and includes 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

Prior background in dental office reception is preferred.
