Sterilization Technician / Full Time Position

Ideal candidate will be focused, efficient, and agile in an often fast-paced environment. General duties include disinfection, sterilization, re-circulation, and maintenance of our sterilization rooms. Our Sterilization Team works collaboratively to ensure OSHA and CDC standards are met and maintained. Additionally, our Sterilization Technicians are problem solvers, often troubleshooting or calling for service when machines and equipment need to be repaired.

While experience in a dental setting is preferred for this position, it is not required. We provide significant training in order for our new team members to feel confident in performing their duties.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 4 day per week position. Candidate must be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Adult Dental Hygienist – PT/FT Position

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our well-established practice. Our modern, state-of-the-art office is located in Bedford, NH right off the highway, close to many dining and shopping destinations. Ideal candidate will be passionate and engaging while educating patients on preventive dental measures. The Dental Hygienist should also be reassuring and comforting during diagnostic and treatment situations. Because our Practice has a variety of specialties, it is integral that the Dental Hygienist maintains effective communication with staff in all departments. Other desired qualities include ability to remain flexible during times of change, willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes, and commitment to continue building a culture of trust and collaboration.

RDH License in New Hampshire Required

Job Responsibilities
    • Assess oral health condition including oral exam
    • Expose radiographs as needed
    • Review patients’ medical history and records
    • Dental charting and documentation
    • Intraoral camera use
    • Instruct and educate patients in good oral hygiene habits, dental procedures, and options for care
    • Clean, scale, and polish teeth
    • Perform post-operative patient care
    • Apply fluoride desensitizer and/or varnish
    • Clean and stock operatories
    • Control supplies and order as needed
    • Anticipate doctor’s needs and assist with patient exam
    • General
      • Perform any reasonable request from manager and/or DMDs
      • Responsible for complying with OSHA, HIPAA security, and privacy policies at all times.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Graduate of accredited school of Dental Hygiene training 
  • Current RDH license in NH

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the stress and demands of an active practice. Must be able to endure long hours of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and sitting. Manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, and adequate vision and hearing are needed in daily work.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Encounter clinical and office environment in work routine. Variable degrees of mental and physical stress; variable amounts of standing, sitting and walking. Exposure to blood, body fluids and contaminants is possible (clinicians). Frequent intervals devoted to keyboard manipulation for inputting and retrieving data. Limited physical activity related to moving, lifting, and transporting objects.

Qualifications

RDH License in New Hampshire Required

General Dentist / Full-Time Position

Well-established Southern NH group practice seeking a motivated and caring General Dentist to join our professional family for a 4-day per week position with excellent long-term potential. Our one-location, multi-specialty practice seeks a colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with us. Experience after residency preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform various orthodontic procedures under direction of orthodontist including banding and bonding procedures
  • Conduct band fittings
  • Place and remove separators
  • Change arch wires or ties
  • Deliver retainers and other removable appliances
  • Chart and record treatment information in chart
  • Proactively clean and stock operatories
Schedule

This is a full-time, 4 day per week position. Candidate must be available to work 1 Saturday per month.

Qualifications

Dental and/or Ortho background, as well as X-ray certification is preferred but not required.

Dental Assistant (General) / Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities
  • Chairside assisting general dentist in a variety of procedures
  • Providing assistance and hands-on support to General Dentist during procedures
  • Reviewing and updating patients’ medical history, records, exposing radiographs when needed
  • Setting up operatories with appropriate instruments and equipment
  • Ensuring OSHA and CDC standards are met and maintained
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to company policies
  • Cleaning, disinfecting and stocking operatories
Schedule

This is a full-time,  4 day per week position

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in chairside dental assisting is preferred for this position.

DANB Certified Dental Assistant preferred
