Our Practice

Since 1985, the dentists and staff of Lindner Dental Associates have been driven by a shared purpose of providing unparalleled dental care to patients of all ages. Our team is comprised of kind, caring professionals who employ a wide array of expertise to coordinate the best treatment for each patient’s specific needs. We are equipped with knowledge and experience in alleviating dental anxiety and we strive to ensure our patients always feel at ease.

The practice has grown tremendously since 1985 and now consists of pediatric, orthodontics, adult dentistry and oral surgery, allowing us to serve our patients in more ways than ever before.

Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

About The Position

The ideal candidate will be passionate and engaging while educating patients on preventive dental measures. The Dental Hygienist should also be reassuring and comforting during diagnostic and treatment situations. Because our Practice has a variety of specialties, it is integral that the Dental Hygienist maintains effective communication with staff in all departments. Other desired qualities include ability to remain flexible during times of change, willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes, and commitment to continue building a culture of trust and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess oral health condition including oral exam
  • Expose radiographs as needed
  • Review patients’ medical history and records
  • Dental charting and documentation
  • Intraoral camera use
  • Instruct and educate patients in good oral hygiene habits, dental procedures, and options for care
  • Clean, scale, and polish teeth
  • Perform post-operative patient care
  • Apply fluoride desensitizer and/or varnish
  • Clean and stock operatories
  • Control supplies and order as needed
  • Anticipate doctor’s needs and assist with patient exam

Schedule

We are looking for multiple Registered Dental Hygienists – both PT or FT.

We are also looking for someone who only wants to work on Saturdays – We are open from 8am to 1pm. Pediatric patients only.

Our offices typically take patients starting at 7/8am and the last patient is seen at 4pm.

Qualifications

RDH License in New Hampshire Required

Position Title: Registered Orthodontic Assistant

Reports To: Department Manager

Position Summary: Performs a variety of orthodontic assisting duties, in compliance
with state regulations, to promote quality orthodontic care for patients/parents in a stress-free,
comfortable environment. Assists the doctor in orthodontic procedures, instructs
patients/parents in oral hygiene techniques, communicates effectively with patients/parents,
maintains equipment and inventory, exposes radiographs, adheres to OSHA requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expose radiographs as needed
  • Review patients’ medical history and records
  • Prepare patients for diagnosis and/or treatment
  • Assist doctor during treatment
  • charting and record information in chart
  • perform post-operative career
  • Apply fluoride desensitizer and/or varnish
  • Perform various orthodontic procedures under direction of orthodontist including:
    • Bonding and bonding procedures
    • Orthodontic records (photos, impressions, radiographs, bite registration)
    • Impressions
    • Band fittings
    • Placement and removal of separators
    • Changing archwires or ties
    • Deliver retainers ad other removable appliances
    • Adjustment of removable appliances
  • Clean and stock operatories
  • Control supplies and order as needed
  • Lab work including bleach trays, pouring and trimming models, unpack and follow lab/Invisalign cases
  • General
    • Perform any reasonable request from manager and/or DMDs
    • Responsible for complying with OSHA, HIPAA security, and privacy policies at all times.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum high school graduate
  • Orthodontic assisting/dental assisting experience
  • Radiology certified in NH required
  • DANB COA required
  • DANB CDA helpful

Position Title: Sterilization Technician

Reports To: Sterilization Team Leader

Position Summary: The Sterilization Technician handles instrument cleaning, disinfection,
sterilization, re-circulation, and maintenance of sterilization rooms and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Instrument Sterilization
  • Weekly spore testing for sterilization equipment
  • Daily and monthly maintenance of sterilization equipment and machines
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines
  • Replace sharps containers as necessary
  • Oil handpieces
  • Laundry
  • Collect and distribute distilled water
  • Maintain inventory for clinical supplies
  • General
    • Perform any reasonable request from manager and/or DMDs
    • Responsible for complying with OSHA, HIPAA security, and privacy policies at all times.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum high school graduate
  • Dental experience preferred

Position Title: General Dentist

We are looking for a Dentist to join our Adult team and provide exceptional dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, a valid license to practice dentistry, and experience in providing general dental care. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining patients’ teeth and gums, diagnosing dental conditions, and providing preventive and restorative treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat diseases of the teeth, gums, and other parts of the
    mouth.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
  • Perform root canals, fillings, crowns, bridges, and other dental procedures.
  • Provide preventive care such as fluoride treatments and sealants.
  • Take X-rays and develop films.
  • Keep detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Communicate with patients to determine their dental needs.

Position Title: Adult Dental Hygienist – Part-Time Position

Reports To: Hygiene Team Leader

Position Summary: Performs the usual and customary procedures of a Registered
Dental Hygienist within compliance of state regulations. In addition to oral procedures, the
hygienist must maintain an aseptic work area, be organized and self-motivated, and coordinate
patient flow. Part time needed: Tuesday & Friday and every other Monday.

RDH License in New Hampshire Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess oral health condition including oral exam
  • Expose radiographs as needed
  • Review patients’ medical history and records
  • Dental charting and documentation
  • Intraoral camera use
  • Instruct and educate patients in good oral hygiene habits, dental procedures, and options for care

Position Title: General Dentist – Full-Time Position

Well-established Southern NH group practice seeking a motivated and caring General Dentist to join our professional family for a 4-day per week position with excellent long-term potential. Our one-location, multi-specialty practice seeks a colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with us. Experience after residency preferred.
